Remote Support:
Welcome to the XCentrex® Remote Support section. The information here is intended to be used in conjunction with a call to XCentrex's Helpdesk at (908) 237-9755. Please follow the instructions below to get started:

1. Ensure that you are on the phone with a XCentrex support engineer.
   
2. Download and run the remote support application here (or from the link on the left column). You may see a security warning that asks if you want to "Run", "Save", or "Cancel". Choose "Run".
   
3. The Windows Install Screen and Progress Bar should now be visible.
   
4. Click on, Please read the ID# generated once the status shows "Ready" under the ID portion.
   
5. The support engineer should now have secure console access to your computer.
