Remote Support:
Welcome to the XCentrex® Remote Support section. The information here is intended to be used in conjunction with a call to XCentrex's Helpdesk at (908) 237-9755. Please follow the instructions below to get started:
- Ensure that you are on the phone with a XCentrex support engineer.
- Download and run the remote support application here (or from the link on the left column). You may see a security warning that asks if you want to "Run", "Save", or "Cancel". Choose "Run".
- The Windows Install Screen and Progress Bar should now be visible.
- Click on, Please read the ID# generated once the status shows "Ready" under the ID portion.
- The support engineer should now have secure console access
to your computer.
